Towne & Country HOA voted to expand and upgrade their security for some common and pool areas as well as the entrance to the subdivision. With the chosen DVR in place, they can now review archived video in real-time if there is trespassing or vandalism. The Apollo DVR chosen allows them to isolate the incident and download to a DVD-RW or even a USB flash drive.

Also, to try and eliminate trespassing at the pool Mid Florida installed an access entry system. The gates to the pool will automatically lock when closed and require an access code or card to gain entry. Each card is assigned and configured for each resident of the community.

Lastly, Mid Florida installed a license tag camera. This state of the art camera is equipped to automatically adjust to the light and features a mechanically switching sensor to help capture a moving image up to 150 m.p.h. The focus is set for the tag area of vehicles and enables the HOA to search for trespasser’s vehicles and view their license tags.
